Chen Chuanduan (born 1994) is a Beijing Normal University graduate with a master’s degree in Comparative Education. His academic focus revolves around Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education, Nature Education, Biophilia & Topophilia. Using photography and Charting as his mediums, he explores the connection between humans and nature, the call of modern life, and exhibits a particular fondness for fictional elements.

He has independently published photography books titled “Restrained Orders,” “Belly of The Giant Serpent,” “Blind” , and “Restorative Topophilia.” Chen Chuanduan’s work was recognized among the “TOP20·2019 Emerging Contemporary Chinese Photographers.” Moreover, he has held solo exhibitions, including “Voice in the Wilderness” “This Land Heals Me” and “Restrained Orders” .
